Staff very very good ,from reception to the theatre. Felt relaxed and assured, I was told everything I needed to know. Can not think of anything tat could improve the experience, would just like to thank everybody involved.

Fantastic service as always, waiting time less than 15 minutes, waiting time to see a nurse was less than 10 minutes. All done and dusted within 1 hour.
Brilliant staff, brilliant hospital. Even better that the parking is free, if you use the urgent care unit. faultless, keep up the good work!

The most important thing in a public service operation is the work force. The staff at Halton hospital and especially on ward B4 were excellent from start to finish. Dedicated and professional throughout, from the cleaners to the general nursing staff.

The signs around the hospital car parks are not very informative. When paying for parking, the machine doesn't tell you how much you owe. You need to determine this for yourself.
On the positive side the staff were extremely helpful. As soon as we arrived at the front entrance of the hospital we were greeted and given directions to the ward. Have to say that the sign on the wall was too crowded and confusing. I have to commend the staff on this ward as they were all very friendly including the cleaners and porter, who I expect do not always get a mention.

I am a great and longtime supporter of Halton Hospital. I like the informal "cottage" hospital approach rather than the central and remote approach. At Christmas 1999/2000. I suffered a stroke whilst under observation here and found myself in A4 for a period. It is the local hospital for me!

Despite being short staffed all the nurses dealt with me efficiently yet in a very caring way, keeping me fully up to date about procedures, time scales and side effects. They went about their exceedingly busy schedule with good humour and attention to every detail of all the patient's treatment and comfort. It was impressive to see such a well organised team in operation.
